What device should I use to access the Inquiro Dashboard?
The Inquiro Dashboard can be accessed through desktops, laptops, mobile phones and tablets.
Who can access the Inquiro Dashboard?
The Inquiro Dashboard can be accessed by Inquiro partners.
How to register to the Inquiro Dashboard?
Fill-up the Inquiro Partners Onboarding Form and an email will be sent to your nominated email address. You need to create a new password to proceed to login.
How to sign-in to the Inquiro Dashboard?
Use the same email address placed on the Inquiro Partners Onboarding Form and the nominated password you created.
How long before the create password or reset password link expires?
Password link is only valid for 7 days.
Can I reset my password?
Yes! Just follow the following steps:
Step 1: Click the “Forgot your password?” found on the Log-in page.
Step 2: Enter your email address to receive a password reset email.
Step 3: Click the Reset my password from the email received.
Step 4: Enter the new nominated password.
Step 5: Click the reset my password.
Step 6: Password reset successful message will appear.
Step 7: Click sign-in to try the new password.

Can I access the Inquiro Dashboard at the same time?
No, only one session for one user account is allowed. Previous session will expire if there's a new login activity.
Can I select two or more cohorts/attributes when building my audience?
Yes, however this is only available if you select the Create my audience under Audience Creation. For Popular Audiences, you can only select one.
What is the fastest way to check for available cohorts/attributes when building my audience?
You can use the search bar option to look for the available cohorts/attributes.
Can I access the Inquiro Dashboard using multiple devices?
Previous session will expire if there's a new login activity in a different device.
Can I use the same link to download the audience file? How long before the download link of the Audience report expires?
Yes, the same link can be used to download the same audience file but it is only valid for 7 days.
